Candejas, et al., v. Live Nation, et al., was filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on December 2, 2024. This lawsuit includes 365 new plaintiffs, many of which are Taylor Swift fans, along with individuals from other fandoms, including Beyoncé, The Cure, and K-pop.

The lawsuit is similar to our ongoing case, Barfuss, et al., v. Live Nation, et al., which asserts 5 claims: breach of contract, fraud, negligent misrepresentation, negligence and antitrust violations). Additionally, this new case has included an additional claim for Live Nation's violation of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act.
