As devoted Swifties, we are driven to take legal action against Live Nation-Ticketmaster based on our personal experiences during the ticket-buying process for Taylor Swift’s The Eras Tour. These experiences suggest a troubling pattern of fraudulent practices, antitrust violations, and potential breaches of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act by the company.
We are seeking to #TakeDownTicketmaster by building a grassroots coalition of fans and reclaiming our power in the live entertainment ecosystem. When fans unite, we can never be divided!
